Accessibility Statement

This website provides information about Enwize TW, the management team, and the services offered by the company.

Enwize T.W Ltd. sees accessibility as part of building a product people can actually use at work, and works to create equal opportunity online for people with diverse disabilities. This site was built to follow Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the W3C’s WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, as required by regulation 35A of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Accessibility adjustments on this website

The following are built into the site itself, not added by a plugin on top of it:

• Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and every one of them shows a visible focus indicator.
• A “Skip to main content” link is the first thing the keyboard reaches on every page, so the navigation can be bypassed.
• Each page has one main heading and a heading structure that follows the reading order, so a screen reader can navigate by headings.
• Pages use standard landmarks (navigation, main, footer), so assistive technology can jump between regions.
• The site is readable with JavaScript switched off. No section depends on animation having run in order to appear.
• Animation and the background video honour the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting, and can also be stopped from the accessibility toolbar.
• Text placed over photographs sits on a fixed darkening layer, so the contrast does not depend on which part of the image is behind it.
• The site reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a narrow phone screen.

Adjustments for screen reader users

• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives that describe what the image conveys. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Every form field has a visible label tied to it, and the browser’s autofill is enabled for name, organisation, email and phone.
• Form errors are given in words, tied to the field they belong to, and announced when they appear. Errors are never signalled by colour alone.
• Buttons that show only an icon carry a text label for assistive technology.
• Expanding elements, such as the frequently asked questions, report whether they are open or closed.

The accessibility toolbar

An accessibility button appears on the right-hand side of every page. Opening it gives the following controls, and your choices are remembered on your device for your next visit:

• Text size, in steps up to 150 per cent. The layout grows with the text, so nothing overlaps.
• Increased spacing between lines, letters, words and paragraphs.
• High-contrast display, in a dark or a light version.
• Greyscale display, for anyone who finds the colour palette hard to separate.
• Highlighted links, marked with both an underline and an outline.
• A plain, high-legibility typeface in place of the brand typeface.
• Stop all animation and hide the background video.
• An enlarged mouse cursor.
• Reset, which returns every setting at once.

The toolbar itself can be opened and operated with a keyboard, and closed with the Escape key. It is a convenience layer. It is not a replacement for the adjustments listed above, which is why those are built into the site.

Where this site falls short

• Testing so far has been automated, together with keyboard testing. A full manual walkthrough with a screen reader has not yet been completed.
• The site is published in English only.
• Content hosted by third parties and reached from this site, including our LinkedIn page, is outside our control and its accessibility is the responsibility of the party that publishes it.

Despite our efforts, parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible, and we are continuing to improve it. If you come across a page or an element you cannot use, please tell us using the details below and we will attend to it.
