Our Story

WIZRD where Industry 4.0 meets the O&M domain.

We built WIZRD to replace the technical manual, using AI to put every maintenance expert’s knowledge in the hand of every field worker.

Our Vision

Why we built WIZRD.

Industrial maintenance still runs on paper manuals and the memory of a handful of senior technicians. When that knowledge only lives in one person’s head, every retirement, resignation or shift change becomes a risk to safety, uptime and quality.

So we built WIZRD: it pulls together the pieces of information that already exist, manuals, spec sheets, old files, and WIZRD Studio AI turns them into a clear, step-by-step procedure, complete with the tools, parts and safety warnings that belong at each step, laid out on an interactive 3D model of the equipment itself. From there, any technician on the team can follow it, on any device, with offline support.

No classroom, no long rollout. Just the knowledge your best people already have, organized and available to everyone else.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before rolling out WIZRD.

Straight answers on how it works and what it needs. Anything else, ask us on a call.

  • WIZRD is an AI-guided maintenance platform. It turns manuals, spec sheets and the knowledge inside your team’s heads into clear, step-by-step procedures your workforce can follow on the equipment itself, on any device.
  • Offline is supported. Procedures download to the device and run without a connection in substations, holds and remote sites; completion records sync once back in range.
  • The phones and tablets your crews already carry, iOS or Android. AR/VR headsets are supported for hands-free work, never required to start.
  • Through the WIZRD API suite: work orders in, completion records and execution data back out, so WIZRD sits inside your maintenance process instead of alongside it.
  • Managed cloud, your own tenant, or a fully on-premise deployment for air-gapped environments. Your procedures and equipment data stay yours.
  • Energy utilities, ports and maritime, transportation, and manufacturing. Israel Electric Corporation and Port of Ashdod are deployed customers.
  • Yes. A new hire opens the same step-by-step procedure your most experienced technician would use, and follows it on the real equipment from day one, without a separate training course to schedule.
